**Commercial Tire Sales/Inside Sales Representative**

Tirecraft is a proudly Canadian owned and operated expert in tires and tire services. We are looking for someone who has a positive and contagious personality, experience in selling tires, is extremely organized and self-motivated Ability to work from the store front and on the road

**Responsibilities**
Connect to new customers while strengthening existing customer relationships.
Develop a sales call schedule and objectives.
Create and provide weekly reports; send to the Commercial Sales Manager that details sales activities and results.
Deliver sold product to customers and well as picking up tire casings.
Participate in monthly meetings; reviewing sales, margins and expense reports, customer base development, training and competitive actions and countermeasures.
Review accounts payable and follow up with any out-standing accounts.
Provide customers with professional recommendations on products and services.
Communicate pricing and provide quotes for any service offered to customers.
Willing to include some days on the road with other days working the desk dispatching and invoicing

**Qualifications**:
5+ years hands on tire sales experience/sales development.
Broad knowledge in all tire categories including Truck, Retreads, OTR, Farm, Industrial, Passenger Light Truck.
Understanding of commercial customer service needs.
Oral & Written Communication skills.
