**Job Overview**
Touch2Play is looking for an inside sales representative who is assertive and can get the job done If you’re a confident go-getter and can take control of a situation, this position could be for you. We are looking for somebody who can find new leads, follow the leads, and qualify them. You will be expected to follow up with new and returning leads, and establish yourself as a trusted representative of Touch2Play. You are expected to have either prior experience or the proper certifications. If you get excited about doing targeted research, picking up the phone and being relentless in your pursuit of the right connection, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Identify and qualify potential leads to build pipeline of prospects (ie. Internet research, social media, cold calls, and more)
- Route qualified prospects to the appropriate sales executives for further development for conversion
- Focus on finding target organization and identifying key decision-makers within them
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Research markets and accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your dataset of prospects within your assigned market
- Contribute to and perform compelling online demos to prospects
- Assist in executing targeted marketing campaigns to generate and maintain leads
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads generated through campaigns.

Experience & Skills:

- 1-2 years of telephone sales or inside sales experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience preferred
- B2B experience is an asset
- Excellent research and prospecting abilities
- Professional and engaging writing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Adaptability and patience in dynamic environments.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, CRM, excel, lead generation tools
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong and friendly telephone presence
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
