limited to:
Services

The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services:
Under the direction of the Assistant Director, End User Technologies:

- Provide support with investigation and diagnosis for how-to, hardware, software, connectivity and quality issues
- Provide onsite support for calls that cannot be resolved over the telephone or via remote management
- Provide Multimedia infrastructure support for Audio visual equipment (Projector, TV monitor, Video switcher,

Audio mixer, amplifiers, Videowall processor, video conferencing, signage solution, Microsoft Surface Hub,

Crestron automation systems and more)
- Configure and program AV and backend equipment (Video Conferencing devices, Poly Resource manager,

DMAs, bridges, Cisco Expressway)
- Support backend multimedia VM servers (on-prem and cloud)
- Assist with building and documenting AV requirements on new projects
- Design and configuration of new AV installations
- Maintain multimedia equipment and service contracts
- Participate in troubleshooting and identifying issues to prevent equipment downtime
- Using the client's ticketing system for managing request, incidents, and upgrades
- Other activities and deliverables, as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

- University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience in managing multimedia backend systems
- A minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated work experience with multimedia infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience in creating user guides documentation
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of a wide range of conferencing tools (MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom etc.)
- Demonstrated experience to troubleshoot with end users and coworkers to identify deficiencies and fixes,

Additional Qualifications

The following will also be considered:

- Demonstrated experience with AV integration (Crestron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco, other AV equipment)
- Demonstrated knowledge of networking environments such as TCP-IP, cabling, switches, firewall, routers, and

cloud solutions
- Must be able to meet the cleint's Secret Clearance requirements
