**About the Role**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Security Operations Data Entry Associate** to manage access control, provide customer service, and handle accurate data entry at a secure operational site in Sudbury. This role is ideal for someone who holds a valid Ontario Security Guard License and is comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact professionally with visitors and customers entering the site
- Verify entry eligibility and provide basic information on site procedures and fee structures
- Accurately record vehicle and client information using designated computer software
- Input material type and weight details based on customer declarations and equipment readings
- Maintain accurate logs and ensure proper documentation of each entry
- Monitor and manage site access points to ensure safety and compliance
- Assist in controlling and directing traffic during peak hours to avoid congestion
- Report any unusual activity, safety concerns, or rule violations to management
- Follow all site protocols and health & safety procedures

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Ontario Security Guard License** (mandatory)
- Strong computer and data entry skills; ability to use software with accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors and manage light traffic control duties as needed
- High level of attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Previous experience in customer service or site control is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shifts; occasional weekends or holidays depending on site needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
