**Job Title**: Brazilian JiuJitsu Instructor

**Location**: Impact Martial Arts, Edmonton, Alberta

**Position Type**: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and instruct Brazilian JiuJitsu classes for adults, teens, and children, providing high-quality coaching and guidance.
- Develop and implement structured class plans to ensure effective learning and progression for all students.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the BJJ program, including maintaining quality standards and ensuring consistency across all classes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to assistant instructors, helping them improve their coaching skills.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gym, including regular cleaning duties and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback to help them reach their goals.
- Assist in promoting the BJJ program through participation in community events, demonstrations, and social media initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- 3rd Degree Black Belt (or higher) in Brazilian JiuJitsu with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of BJJ techniques, training methods, and competition rules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Experience in managing or overseeing martial arts programs is preferred.
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
