**Job Duties**
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers, and prepare financial statements
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts
- Checking Accounts Payable (AP) ecommerce invoices for accuracy (verifying rate, dimensions, postal code and zone)
- Dispute AP invoices and requisition credit from vendors
- Creating Accounts Receivable (AR) ecommerce invoices with correct HST and GST
- Payment collection, entering AP invoices in the Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Review key financial and operational performance metrics with senior management to enhance and optimize decision making
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and systems teams to contribute to drive efficiencies
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the business, as well as the product offerings in ecommerce

**Education Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field required.
- MBA in Finance is considered an asset

**Experience Requirement**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VBA, Macros, etc.)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Excellent analytics skills, and the ability to work with and interpret large financial datasets
- Experience in using TechTMS, Techship platforms to analyze data
- Experience in ecommerce analytics in a retail environment
- Ability to work with and create big data populations, large and complex spreadsheets in Excel
- Knowledge of weight concepts, including volumetric, gross, and cubic weights
- Commitment to continual learning

- Proven ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
- Resourceful with an ability to problem-solve effectively
- Flexible and adaptive with a strong sense of judgment and tact

- MUST be eligible to work in Canada

- Office hours are Monday through Friday
