**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for upper management.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages professional growth and development.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
