Receptionist/administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take detailed messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and customer waiting area
- Manage and distribute mail and coordinates all courier pickups
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service, including written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a reception/administrator
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system
- Ability to prepare business memos, letters, etc
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance & friendly disposition
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and time management skills
- Passion, motivation, focus and leadership skills
- Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethics
- Ability to work Monday - Friday in office 7:30AM - 5PM

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
