As we build our team, we are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join us.

**Position Overview**:We are currently hiring for the position of Dishwasher/Prep Cook. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, washing dishes, and supporting our culinary team with basic food preparation tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a seamless flow of dishes during peak periods
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
