The WSIB Pay Advance Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to the following initiatives: overseeing the intake, processing, and reconciliation of WSIB pay advance agreements. This role is responsible for Pay advance agreement administration, WSIB Cheque Reconciliation, WSIB Document Linking and uploading. This role ensures compliance with guidelines, facilitates payroll coordination, and maintains accurate records to support timely and efficient processing. The incumbent also manages WSIB document organization, linking, and uploading to ensure proper tracking and auditing. This role implements accounting principles, payroll processes, and financial management ensuring a solid understanding of pay advance agreements and the importance of compliance with regulatory and Collective Bargaining requirements. **QUALIFICATIONS**: " Baccalaureate degree, college diploma or recognized equivalent in the field of Finance, Payroll Administration, Business Administration. " Previous experience with WSIB reconciliation programs. " Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (tested). " knowledge of Parklane Disability Management Systems. " Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills. " Excellent organizational and innovative skills. " Strong verbal and written communication skills.
