Toronto, Canada Konverge Digital Solutions Full time

You must follow the Konverge process and work with different teams on a variety of projects.
- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring standardized QA processes and artifacts.
- Ensuring that testing quality standards and user requirements are met.
- Test and maintain the software and make recommendations on how to improve it and avoid future problems.
- You will also be responsible for supporting our product team with testing, training, and client support.
- Assist our Business Analyst to gather requirements for future versions and review documentation.
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test plans.
- Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, and automated scripts.
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
- Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC is desired.
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues.
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
- Provide product support and training to our clients and staff when requested.
- Post-secondary education in computer science, information technology, or similar.
- Experience in automated testing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of a variety of testing methodologies.
- Expertise with the nuances of cross-platform testing on mobile.
- You have worked in a Scrum/Lean/Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
