**Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA)**

**The Company**: Reamined Systems Inc. (RSI), a subsidiary of ISC, provides specialized real property assessment and tax delivery assistance to municipalities in Ontario.

**The Role**: We are looking for Quality Assurance Analysts to join the RSI team in this highly specialized field during this exciting time of transformation and evolution.

In this role, you will support systems that provide tax information and tax modelling options for external customers that include the municipalities and Ministry in Ontario. You will be involved in product development, interface design, testing (manual and automation) and process/product improvements. You will also provide customer service support to internal/external clients and stakeholders.
- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, knowledge and performance within an established compensation range._

**Position Summary**:

- Collaborate with Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Business Systems Analysts and other stakeholders to develop technical requirement and contribute to solution options.
- Test Online Property Tax Analysis (OPTA) website and other relevant websites containing various workflows, data validations and reports.
- Collaborate with team members and provide regular status updates.
- Gather feedback from OPTA users, and collaborate with the team to discuss, plan and action feedback.
- Participate in automation testing by working closely with other team members.
- Work with team members to resolve issues, escalate to Team Lead/Manager as required.
- Consult with Reamined tax experts to discuss property tax data processes and policy changes.
- Provide Process/Product improvement ideas.
- Participate on special teams as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Post-Secondary education, preferably in Math/Computer Science/Economics.
- 1 year of experience in customer service support.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

A diploma in Real Property Administration or experience in real estate sector

Experience in Automation testing

Knowledge of Agile methodologies
