The Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with the passion, drive, and agility to deliver sophisticated recruiting initiatives for a variety of roles across our organization.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are naturally curious, a consultant to your hiring managers, and have a mindset for continuous improvements within the hiring process.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills to attract and identify top talent that aligns with our company culture and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization including but not limited to:
- Conducting recruiting strategy meetings with hiring managers to get a detailed understanding of the position and their requirements Act as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers and other key stakeholders during the hiring process by providing market insights and recommendations- Support other recruitment initiatives and projects (i.e., virtual hiring events) as required- Other duties as assigned
Experience- Minimum three years of recruitment experience required-
- Track record of building credibility and relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.- Ability to understand business needs then translate into a recruiting strategy that will identify top talent.- Exceptional record-keeping and tracking using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Excel- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time remote position based in Canada.
