**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the coordination and setup of events, including logistics, equipment, and materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests before, during, and after events.
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure all event details are executed as planned.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure smooth event operations.
- Support upselling initiatives by promoting additional services or products to clients.
- Help negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for the organization.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all event materials are accounted for and properly stored post-event.
- Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Inside Sales and scheduling corporate company events.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Proven customer service experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors for optimal service delivery.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies related to event promotion is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and adapting to changing circumstances during events.
