**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to more senior staff (Project Managers, Superintendents) in the coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control functions of a project. This is a task
- based role that requires working knowledge of core elements of construction projects. As the incumbent progresses familiarity with the core elements of a construction project (field management, estimating, project management) increases, as does proficiency with project management systems, processes, and tools.

Project Coordinator will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to administrative duties, update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour material and equipment activities on the project.
- Work with Project Managers/on-site Superintendent to update project schedule and budget to identify potential construction issues.
- Monitor timely project performance and key indicators of project progress, activities entail daily production trackers, quantity trackers and reporting findings to Project Manager to field assessments on production and estimate parameters, identifying areas of improvement and reporting to Superintendent and Project Manager.
- Attend all project team meetings, and document team meetings, action items, and other pertinent project deliverables/decisions.

**Salary**: $42,087.27-$79,857.24 per year
