**About the firm**

Majestic Asset Management is a financial firm founded in 2006 that manages approximately $2B in assets. The firm’s core service offering is a fund platform that facilitates the creation and operation of investment funds for investment professionals.

We are looking for an Analyst that will mainly work within our operations team. The Analyst’s role will be to assimilate all processes, which will add workforce redundancy and capacity to the team. The Analyst will be assigned the following responsibilities:

- Execute periodic tasks related to fund operations (risk management, banking, reporting, etc.)
- Assist with fund onboarding (account openings, due diligence, review of offering documents, etc.)
- Respond to client and service provider inquiries

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree in finance or related fields (CFA is a plus)
- Comfortable within a small team environment
- Strong communication skills (French and English, written and spoken)
- Strong capacity to accurately execute processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level of proficiency with Excel (VBA is a plus)
- Good knowledge and understanding of capital markets, trading and investment operations
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry (roles related to fund administration is a plus)

**Compensation**

Starting annual salary range is approximately $50,000 to $65,000 depending on experience. Full-time position. Possibility of permanent position and career growth within the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brossard, QC J4Z 0N5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
