Job Description

We are looking for an Analyst to join our valuation and operations team.  The Analyst's role will primarily be to assist and participate in the fund valuation process. The Analyst will be assigned some of the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in and manage the funds' valuation process

  • Execute periodic tasks related to fund operations (risk management, banking, reporting, etc.)

  • Respond to client and service provider inquiries

  • Assist with fund onboarding process

  • Assist with fund audit process

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in finance or related fields (CFA is a plus)

  • Comfortable working within a small team environment

  • Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken)

  • Ability to accurately execute processes

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • High level of proficiency with Excel (VBA is a plus)

  • Good knowledge and understanding of capital markets and investment operations

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task

  • Ideally 2-5 years of experience in fund administration or asset valuation

Compensation

The starting annual salary range is $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within the organization.
