Automotive Appointment Coordinator

Whiteoak Ford Lincoln is actively hiring an Appointment Coordinator to join our successful dealership.
**Your Role**
As an Appointment Coordinator, you are the cornerstone of our guest's satisfaction. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure all responsibilities are efficiently covered throughout the day. You will:
- Make outbound calls to generate and retain current business
- Take inbound calls for customer requesting to schedule an appointment
- Assist with overflow service calls to coordinate appointments
- Deliver the ultimate guest experience
- Complete daily Customer Service follow up calls
- Communicate with guests using all dealership communication platform
**Key Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically in all forms of communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Availability to work weekends as scheduled.
- Familiar with CDK and X-Time software.
- Minimum 1-year automotive experience.
- Ford brand experience preferred
