**Job description**

Our dealership offers a full range of services from oil changes, all make engine repairs to transmission replacements; provided by our vehicle service staff who are dedicated to maintaining a top tier service.

We are looking for a full-time Appointment Coordinator for our busy Ford Dealership.

Qualifications:

- The individual in this position should possess strong communication skills to deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Greeting customers as they enter the Service Department,
- Describing the various services performed on their vehicles
- Collecting payment or services performed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Book service appointments for customers evenly spread throughout the day, and in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Confirming service appointment, time and date and transportation needs with customer.
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
- Explain the services that were performed on vehicle and take payment for services.
- Ensure the customer lounge is tidy and always fully stocked with coffee supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- One year of reception and/or dealership experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. E

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and strong attention to detail.
- Team player, quick thinker and multi-tasking skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to work afternoons.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
