You will learn how to prepare Indian-style BBQ, Indian Style Baking and sweet making, and general ethnic commercial cuisine.

You will also learn how to make Indian sweets if time permits it.

Restaurant experience and Ethnic Indian Cuisine education/experience is an asset.

Valid Work permit Required, however, if you are already skilled in this field, we may help you.
