Social Media and Creative Content Specialist

We seek a creative, organized, results-driven **Creative Content Specialist** to help build our brands and their stories. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and collaborating with a team of internal and external specialists, the Creative Content Specialist will be responsible for the content platforms for all our brands including Choo Communities, Ashcroft Homes, Alavida Lifestyles, reStays, reResidences and Envie.

This **in-person** position requires excellent English writing skills, a consumer-centric approach and flexibility to quickly adapt to style and tone depending on brand, audience and medium.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help grow and manage social media presences for all of Choo Community brands and their associated social media channels.
- Test and learn using innovative strategies, meaningful content and insightful data.
- Develop and maintain a content marketing calendar including monthly posting schedule across multiple platforms leveraging internal tools to organize and post. Ensure optimal execution in collaboration with content producers.
- Promote the generation of user-created content via active community engagement and conversation.
- Manage online discussions by listening and responding to users in a timely and on-brand manner. Escalate issues as needed and share feedback and sentiment in weekly reports and KPI’s.
- Act as internal expert to collaborate with internal and external partners to help meet their needs and ensure consistent communications through all channels.
- Review comments and community feedback, research trends, best practices and competitor activity and perform active listening in order to improve and optimize campaign results.
- Routine site visits to various properties and key events for the purpose of content collection and development.
- Support the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialist with any other relevant Marketing tasks.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Strength in interpreting analytics, communicating results, formulating a strategy and brief creation
- Strong creative English copywriting
- Excellent proofing skills, attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Suite, Adobe Suite, Facebook Manager, Loomly other social media management tool
- Ability to take initiative and multi-task; can work under pressure with tight deadlines and evolving priorities with multiple internal clients and brands
- Collaborative and curious team player, eager to share ideas, connect with people to start and maintain a relevant conversation
- Energetic, organized, positive and results oriented
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Social media, public relation or journalism: 2 years (preferred)
- Copywriting: 1 year (preferred)
