**Location**:Education Centre, Belleville, Ontario
**Salary**:$17.20 per hour
Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board (HPEDSB) serves approximately 15,400 students each day at 38 in-person schools (31 elementary, two K-12; four 7-12, one secondary). Supporting student achievement is the goal of approximately 1,750 teaching and support staff who, in addition to the contributions of caring volunteers and community partners, share their passion for teaching and learning.

We acknowledge and honour the land on which we reside and occupy as part of the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe people. **Some of the duties and responsibilities include**:
- Migrate data and cleanup file servers based on Records and Information Management (RIM) and new Goto (google) Shared Drives to ensure location, access and integrity.
- Develop priority lists and resource capacity planning.
- Assist with testing business test cases for the TopDesk (ITSM) implementation to find any issues and pump data to assist in reporting validation.
- GoTo (Google) back office planning and rollout based on learnings from the school rollouts to package change management plans.
- Assist with the SharePoint Aspen document library assessment to Google.
- Assist with chromebook repairs.
- Assist with cyber and video surveillance updates.
**Requirements**:
- This summer student position is made available through grant funding and to be eligible for this position, students must be currently enrolled in a secondary, or post-secondary institution or within six (6) months of graduation and must be 15 years of age upon commencement of employment.
- Must demonstrate teamwork and communication skills.
