**What you will do**:

- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures by assisting in ensuring best practices are adhered to at centre level (eg. schedule management, patient recall process, patient database and files)
- Provide operations support for company-wide initiatives such as new product launches, toolkit additions, pricing updates, etc.
- Understanding industry changes and implications to centre operations
- Documenting centre needs and risk analysis to support project management in executing successful centre relocations, buildouts, and closures
- Maintain constant communication with centre teams and managers to understand opportunities in various regions
- Lead, motivate, and support organization on new initiatives/projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes
- Other related duties as assigned

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree or in Business, Operations or a combination of education/experience
- 2 years of demonstrable success in an operations manager role
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers and other stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, leadership, suppliers, customers, etc)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite products
- Ability to work independently and identifying priorities, shifting as needed
- Industry experience a strong asset as well as understanding industry trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $72,000.00-$82,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
