PixMob is seeking a **Sourcing Manager** to drive our global sourcing strategy. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring optimal supplier selection, competitive pricing, robust contract management, and strong supplier performance. You'll identify and evaluate suppliers, lead negotiations, foster key relationships, and ensure our sourcing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with regulations and business objectives.
You'll also be a key partner to our Product and Engineering teams, providing essential sourcing support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and custom product development. This role demands strong sourcing expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative approach to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
This position reports to the Manager, Strategic Sourcing & NPI.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing & Supplier Development**
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers that meet PixMob’s standards for quality, cost, capacity, innovation, and ESG compliance. Build strong supplier relationships and support performance reviews to ensure long-term success.
**Negotiate & Optimize Costs**
Contribute to sourcing strategies that drive cost savings and supply continuity. Assist in negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensure pricing data, BoMs, and quotes are accurate and current.
**Support Product Development & NPI**
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to source materials and custom components for new product development. Manage supplier engagement during early-stage prototyping and production ramp-up.
**Collaborate Across Teams**
Work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, R&D, Quality, Operations, and Planning to ensure suppliers can meet production, design, and demand requirements.
**Monitor Supplier Performance & Risk**
Track supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery. Support regular reviews and help identify and manage risks related to supply continuity and compliance.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in global strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management, with a preference for electronics, hardware, or consumer products.**Expertise**: Strong background in cost management, contract negotiations, supplier development, and cost reduction initiatives. Experience with ESG policies implementation is a plus.**Industry Knowledge**: Solid understanding of NPI processes, manufacturing methods, and supply chain dynamics.**Skills**: Excellent negotiation, communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.**Collaboration**: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Quality, and Operations teams.**Mindset**: Proactive, strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Language**: Bilingual with strong English. Multiple languages is an asset.

This role is pivotal in executing PixMob's sourcing strategies, ensuring that our suppliers meet company needs while driving cost efficiencies, fostering innovation, and enhancing supplier performance. As a Sourcing Manager, you'll play a critical part in aligning our sourcing processes with both immediate operational requirements and long-term growth objectives.
