**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Help with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when required.
- Support individuals with disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required by the facility or agency.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in recreational programs.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or patient care is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus.
- Experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or hospice care settings is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not mandatory.
