**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Manage kitchen staff to ensure timely and great quality food production and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management to ensure availability of ingredients.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet fine dining standards.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times.
- Prepare food for catering events and banquets as required, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Manage shift operations effectively, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Experience in fine dining settings is preferred; banquet experience is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices and food service management principles.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special dietary needs is an advantage.
