**The Position**

As our Truck Driver you will be an essential part of our team by supporting the successful delivery of our projects by ensuring our sites are provided with the materials and equipment that they need. As our truck driver you will have the opportunity to carry out a wide range of tasks both as part of a team and independently.

**Responsibilities**
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment from trailers both in our yard and on site.
- Loading and unloading lifting heavy materials.
- Checking load to make sure secure and safe for travel.
- Pick up materials from various suppliers.
- Deliver materials/tools/equipment to site as required.
- Maintain the inventory of organization of the yard as materials are returned.
- Perform basic maintenance on tools, materials, equipment, and vehicles during downtime.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience operating a skid steer or zoom boom.
- Experience loading and unloading trailers.
- Experience in general construction.
- One of a valid Class 3, Class 3 with air, or Class 1 driver’s licence.
- A reasonably clean driver’s abstract.
- General mechanical knowledge seen as an asset.
- Must be punctual.

**Conditions of Employment**
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Physically capable of performing all duties as assigned (which may include lifting up to 50 lbs).
- 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
