**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their automotive needs.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget.
- Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales; automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for better customer engagement.
- Proficient in math for handling transactions and financing calculations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- A valid driver's license is required for conducting test drives.
- A strong desire to learn about vehicles and stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
