**Inside Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the development of estimates: responsible for working with team members to produce the initial estimate and calculate the resources required to deliver projects
- Be able to evaluate business opportunities related to assigned accounts
- Be able to understand the process of call for tender and quotations request
- Be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with senior executives
- Have skills in problem solving and project management
- Ensure that team members are on the same page in term of the objectives
- Achieve the development goals of the accounts and revenue targets in the short term
- Responding to calls for tenders and calls for quotes
- Manage assigned customer portfolio
- Ensure revenue growth and portfolio of assigned accounts
- Maintaining the records of customers, prospects and service offerings
- Coordinate presentation meetings to prospects
- Prepare information packages and other support materials required
- Help build Powerpoint presentations for senior executives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science or related degree
- 3-5 years of experience (previous sales experience is not required)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (essential)
- Knowledge of ERP (enterprise resource planning), CRM (customer relationship management) program and e-commerce (an asset)
- Ability to present complex technology in a way non-technical people can understand
- Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to develop and cultivate relationships based on trust
- Proactive and give priority to customer satisfaction
