Reporting to the Manager, Product Design - Inflight this role has the responsibility of managing the printed menu and meal pre-order program requirements.

Collaborative relationships with operational groups and business partners are key to the success of this job. Working closely with their peers in the Inflight, Digital Product, Finance and Catering Operations teams, the Meal Pre-Order & Menu Manager will manage the day-to-day program requirements and operationalize the overall product vision, supporting Air Canada's customer experiences goals and commercial strategy, while ensuring innovation, excellence, implementation consistency and quality assurance.

**Responsibilities**:
Meal Pre-Order
- Populate the monthly meal pre-order files with catering information system wide.
- Work with Air Canada Digital & Product teams on program adjustments, new developments and expansion of program scope.
- Liaise with Inflight and Airports team on overall communication plan.
- Lead the caterer training for meal pre-order process and provide support both pre and post launch.
- Provide pre-order information to Air Canada Data Product team, monitor trends and propose adjustment or improvements.

Printed Menu
- Work with printer, caterers and the Air Canada Product team on printed menu ongoing requirements including menu proofing, logistics communication and coordination, mid-month reconciliation and adjustments.
- Support printed menu redesign projects.
- Liaise with Air Canada Linguistic team on language audits.
- Ensure printed menu content and IFE content are aligned and uploaded on a monthly basis.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Administration, commercial airlines, catering or the equivalent.
- Solid understanding of commercial airline business an asset.
- Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills with an aptitude to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, and be able to develop and execute project plans within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Creative mindset and be able to generate innovative ideas to improve the processes and customer experience.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and with mínimal supervision.
- High degree of adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as required.
- Bilingual preferred - English and French.
