**SSP Canada operates several restaurants throughout Montreal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport: Baero Bar, Camden Food Co., Le Grand Comptoir, Upper Crust, Café Montreal Bagel, Hurley's Irish Pub, La Petit, Lester's Deli, Tim Hortons, Urban crave.**

**Description**

Responsible for the preparation of ingredients and stations used in the cooking process, as well as maintaining the kitchen and ensuring it is clean and sanitized. These tasks are to be performed in a timely and professional manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

**We are only able to accept applicants who currently reside in Canada, and who have a valid work permit/PR card or citizenship.**
- One year experience working in food service environment preferred
- High school diploma preferred.
- Verbal and written communication is essential.
- Food handlers permit as required by law.
- Brand Certification as required.
- Ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items.
- Ability to operate a keyboard & point of sale procedures to pre-check an order & close out a check.
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time.
- Covid Vaccination Requirements: A requirement of employment in the Canadian airports as federally regulated properties, is that all employees must be double vaccinated and wear masks when on the premises.
