**WILL HELP IN PERMANENT RESIDENCY IF REQUIRED**

**Requirement - NEED TO GET OWN WHITE MINI VAN/ VAN OR SUV WITH LADDER RACK ON IT AND TOOLS.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair TELUS Home Services (Home phone, internet, IPTV, and Smart Home Security).
- Trace, install, and terminate telephone wiring, data wiring (cat 5e and cat 6), coaxial wiring and fiber optics wiring.
- Promote and sell TELUS products (commission available)
- Explain/discuss details regarding progress, issues, and applicable charges.
- Meet company quality standards and key performance metrics.
- Complete administration responsibilities accurately and timely
- Gather supplies and equipment from designated warehouse.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in telecommunications or a related field
- Previous experience with TELUS or Shaw is an asset
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 30 feet
- Certification or training in safety regulations and standards is a plus
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or open work visa

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
