**Qualifications**:
We are growing and looking for a passionate Technical Project Coordinator to join our Power Distribution Team. Your overall organization, punctuality, involvement and drive to perform will contribute to advancement within our team. You must have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and the following requirements to be considered for the role:
- 4 years + of experience in a project coordinator or technical lead role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS word processing programs
- Strong organizational skills including time management
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prepare schedules and actions plans
- Proven interpersonal skills along with strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and complete assignments on time
- Able to work both in a team, and with mínimal supervision
- Must work with a high attention to detail and quality
- Experience working in the electrical, engineering or construction industry is considered an asset
- PMP designation is considered an asset
**The successful applicant will**:
- Maintain and organize all aspects of project documentation and reporting
- Manage project contracts, schedules, budgets and milestones as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management
- Coordinate with internal teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Monitor project progress, track performance, and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure work meets technical specifications
- Coordinate and attend all project related meetings
- Prepare cost estimates and track expenses
- Assist with other project financial related functions
- Assist with putting together proposals, project resumes, work orders and reports
- Update and maintain various project related databases
**Please note this is an in-office position**:
Pay: $35.00-$43.00 per hour
