**FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR**

**Responsibilities**:

- Track incoming Invoices for appropriate approvals and receiving for payment processing.
- Preparations of requisitions for the approval of Purchase Orders to vendors and suppliers.
- Supplier Management and coordination with billing services.
- Provides high quality customer service, ensuring attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Review requisitions and purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner working with internal divisions and external suppliers.

**Education and Skills**:

- Post-secondary education & training related to business administration, preferably in facility operation and maintenance.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in administration or a similar role.
- Working knowledge MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills to uphold procedures of maintaining and searching through records.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within a team, and to solve order issues.
- Detail oriented with strong customer focus orientation and sense of urgency
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
