We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Customer Care Team as our Quality Assurance Data Specialist.

**THE DETAILS**:
**You'll be joining our EQ3 Head Office team at 70 Lexington Park, Winnipeg, MB. This role is full-time term position for 12months, which may become permanent.**
- You'll be responsible for reviewing and transforming CRM data to ensure its accuracy and completeness,
- You'll be responsible for collaborating with data stakeholders to improve data quality.
- You'll identify, assess, monitor, document, and communicate potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used.
- You'll review and correct any errors or discrepancies found in entered data.
- You'll collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of data entry tasks.
- You'll ensure that data is properly collected, stored, and maintained.
- You'll be responsible for following established procedures and guidelines,
- You'll maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's product, services, and customer service policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Experience in a customer service role with a focus on data entry and data management.
- Previous experience working with ticketing system similar to Zoho Desk & CRM.
- Excellent reading, written and verbal language skills (English).
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products and intermediate level Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software and processes easily.
