**What you've done**:

- Applied your 5+ years of progressive L2 Desktop, Server, and Network support experience to in depth troubleshooting.
- Used your knowledge of Windows 10 or higher, VMware, and Citrix to deliver common and complex solutions.
- Brought your experience with Mac/macOS, and iPad/iPhone support to enhance user experience.
- Solved MS Exchange communication issues and supported the entire Microsoft 365 suite.

**What you will do**:

- As part of the team, you'll manage day-to-day escalations, and assist VIP users, and Senior Managers, offering White Glove Service and delivering in depth troubleshooting knowledge.
- Support users both onsite and remotely.
- Review technical documentation and provide feedback for improvement.

**It would be awesome if you had**:

- Cisco CCNA Certification
- Microsoft 365 Certification
- Azure Certification
- Network Architecture experience
