**Position Overview**:
We are hiring a **Server / Restaurant Supervisor** for a hybrid role that blends front-line service with leadership responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step into restaurant supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Server:_
- Provide exceptional table service with accuracy, efficiency, and warmth
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of your section
- As a Supervisor:_
- Support and guide front-of-house staff during shifts
- Lead pre-shift meetings and assist with training new team members
- Monitor service standards and team performance
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning
- Step in to resolve escalated customer issues
- Help enforce health and safety protocols

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience as a server AND some leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to lead by example while staying hands-on
- Comfortable managing shifts and jumping in where needed
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend

**Experience**:

- Food service: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
