DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process month end analysis and create and post journal entries to clear burdens.
- Perform monthly analysis to assist Managers with ad-hoc inquiries.
- Gather and compile data for input into the annual budget.
- Run reports from Prophix.
- Process journal entries from workflow commentaries.
- Develop and/or edit process documentation.
- Validate financial statements between financial systems.
- Perform duties in accordance with all policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Generate, review, and analyze reports to support business operations.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and partners as needed.
- Work effectively as a team to learn and support colleagues.
- Other duties as assigned.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with finance terminology and financial statements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical organizational and time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, strong work ethic, confidentiality, and Human Relations.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Experience working with large amounts of data and with financial software is an asset.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Post-Secondary enrollment requirement (Minimum 1st year students currently enrolled in University or College)
