**Job Summary**:
ABM Integrated Solutions is looking for a detail-driven Technical Fulfillment Lead to be the operational backbone of our sales team. In this fast-paced role, you will support the sales team by managing the daily operations related to order processing, customer communication, and co-ordination with sales, project management, and IT teams. This role involves handling distribution orders, processing sales and purchase orders, and managing product renewals. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, creating reports for sales meetings & following up on outstanding orders and billing. From handling software renewals to preparing reports that drive strategy, you’ll be an essential part of our sales success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor distributor portals and process shipped orders in our accounting software, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment.
- Draft, review, and send customer quotes - ensuring they’re precise and delivered on time to the right people.
- Process incoming customer orders and confirm successful transactions.
- Manage software license renewals across a wide portfolio of technology vendors.
- Create and update Open Order and Posted Invoice reports for sales meetings and leadership updates.
- Partner with the Finance team to support month-end billing processes.
- Provide customers with timely shipping updates and tracking information, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the order lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in a sales administration/inside sales role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems such as Great Plains, and/or Beanworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer interactions in a calm and professional manner.
- Experience in order processing, billing, and inventory management processes.
- Familiarity with product staging, service desk operations, and comprehensive procurement processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1.00-$2.00 per year
