Responsible for the support of our Professional Advisory Services team as they deliver exceptional revenue generating HCM consulting services to enable and optimize business outcomes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Identify and propose specific business strategies, initiatives and process improvements to align the ADP HCM solution with business objectives and to achieve desired outcomes.
Works directly with internal partners to provide service excellence and advance the ADP Mission to power organizations with insightful solutions that drive business success.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works in partnership with the Professional Services Advisors to scope leads with clients and the ADP Sales Team.
- Applies broad and deep knowledge of a full range of ADP payroll solutions. Providing support for the Professional Advisory Services team.
- Provides input and supports overall adherence to Standards and Professional Advisory Services Processes.
- Leads support efforts through prioritization and coaching of Professional Advisory Services Associates. Leads training analysis and development of tools needed to advance knowledge of Professional Advisory Services Team.
- Serves as an escalation point for internal associates and may act as the single point of contact for coordination of project escalations.
- Often coordinates communication among ADP departments for critical issues or for rollout initiatives.
- Influences outcomes through a combination of technical/functional knowledge and persuasive communication skills.
- Recommends internal process improvements targeted at increased efficiency and improved metrics.
- Provides input to management on performance management and recruiting issues.
- Provides leadership in the support of development and implementation of new department processes.
- Works independently and consistently makes decisions impacting the effectiveness and timeliness of the teams’ projects. Is self-motivated.
- Assists in achieving the team’s performance goals and objectives and works with management to manage expectations.
- Drives change management initiatives.
- Actively pursues leadership skills and more breadth in product support fields through knowledge of competition, peripheral systems, and additional certification designations.
- Develops and delivers Best Practice training to the Professional Advisory Services Team to keep associates abreast of the up-to-date feature functionality of all products
- Delivery of Advisory Services offerings to clients as required.
- Handle overflow of initiatives as required.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- WorkforceNow (WFN) Mainframe experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and directly applicable experience required.
- One Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, CPP, CEBS, PMP or CBP required.
- 5 years Payroll experience.
- Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong communication interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated project leadership, strategic communication skills.
- Ability to resolve problems and communicate solutions persuasively.
- Clear and concise communication skills required to translate technical knowledge into project steps and project updates.
