**Responsibilities**:

- Organize/plan all Tradeshows, Sponsorships and Events by preparing budgets, booking venues/arranging space, confirming/booking internet/electricity etc.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Graphics, R&D, Order Processing and Logistics departments by relaying requirements and following up to ensure all projects are on track to meet deadlines
- Create, update, and maintain various Tradeshow documentation
- Review Tradeshow Leads and assign/distribute to Sales for post-show follow up
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Student (must be enrolled in Post-Secondary Institution) or College Education in related field (Business, Administration, Event-Planning, Marketing) or related experience
- 0-1 year office administrative experience
- 0-1 year sales/service sector experience
- 0-1 year event-planning experience
- Must be available to work approximately 20 hours per week between Monday - Friday
