**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our hotel.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle reservations and modifications through phone systems and online platforms.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain front desk appearance and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
- Assist in processing payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel environment is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: $19.29-$20.24 per hour
