**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, knowledge of our menu offerings, and a friendly demeanor. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Promote menu items through effective upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
