triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking a Custodian to join our team at the Toronto Southwest campus.

**Primary Responsibility**:
This position is responsible for performing custodial duties in order to ensure that the campus is maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.

The Custodian will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

**Knowledge, Skills Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related occupation.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment.
- Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems.
- Knowledge of maintaining vending machines.
- Ability to work under little supervision.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.

**Hours of Work**:
This is an hourly position from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday to Friday.

**Start Date**:
The scheduled start for this opportunity is immediate.

**Location**:
This position will operate out of our Toronto Southwest campus located at Bloor and Dundas St W.
