We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Coordinator to assist with essential office functions and provide key support to our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ⁠ ⁠**Office Administration**: Handle general administrative tasks, such as organizing office supplies, filing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- ⁠ ⁠**Basic Account Management**: Assist with monitoring client accounts, tracking payments, updating CRM systems, and ensuring records are accurate.
- ⁠ ⁠**Document Preparation & Filing**: Assist in preparing and organizing important documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure files are well-maintained and easily accessible.
- ⁠ ⁠**Client Support**: Assist in communicating with clients to update them on project progress, answer queries, and provide general support.
- ⁠ ⁠**Social Media & Marketing Support**: Help maintain an active online presence by assisting with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- ⁠ ⁠**Scheduling & Calendar Management**: Organize team calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders to ensure smooth operations.
- ⁠ ⁠**Task Coordination**: Coordinate with team members to track ongoing tasks and assist with ad-hoc administrative duties.

**Qualifications**:

- ⁠ ⁠**Experience**: Previous experience in office administration, customer support, or similar roles is preferred.
- ⁠ ⁠**Sales & Client Support Skills**: Ability to engage with clients and assist in basic customer support tasks, ensuring satisfaction.
- ⁠ ⁠**Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- ⁠ ⁠**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional approach.
- ⁠ ⁠**Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools. Social media skills are a plus.
- ⁠ **⁠Flexibility**: Comfortable with spontaneous work hours and able to adapt to changing schedules and tasks.
