We are hiring an **Excavator Operators** to join our skilled team. If you have experience in operating heavy machinery and are passionate about delivering precision and safety on construction sites, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, graders, and backhoes for various construction tasks.
- Perform digging, grading, paving, and other excavation work as required by project specifications.
- Operate excavators for shoring, excavation, and other construction activities.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate work activities and maintain workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery to minimize risks on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with excavators.
- Knowledge of shoring and excavation processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with loader operation, bulldozing, grader operation, backhoe operation, and commercial driving is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license is required;

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
