The **Shipping and Warehouse Associate** is a position to ensure all items received are correct, labeled and put away in correct place and all out going freight is organized in an efficient profitable way and to assist without outbound shipments.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Match up paperwork and file in correct channels
- Keep the shipping area & warehouse clear and free
- Assist in arranging for all out-going freight
- Attend one on one meetings with manager
- Update incoming/outgoing deliveries on production schedule
- Assist in scheduling shipments (incoming and outgoing) so warehouse space does not get over burdened
- Stock takes and keeping stock items replenished
- Support the organizations safety policies in accordance with applicable federal/provincial safety standards and local laws
- Coordinate as required all rush shipments
- Ensure accurate and seamless handling, packaging and shipping of goods to their final destination
- Ensure all products and items based on delivery slips for all shipments leaving Archmill House are accurate and documented

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- 1-2 years of logistics or inventory experience
- 2-3 years of Forklift Driving experience
- Experience with Raymond Reach
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Planning and time management skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active for the majority of the workday

**EDUCATION**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Forklift License
