**We’re hiring a B2B Sales Advisor to join our Thunderbay, Ontario sales team under the guidance of the Director of Sales. This team is responsible for ensuring our existing customers are looked after and generating growth of sales and margin volumes.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and implement a sales and service growth strategy for the distribution of Pepco products.
- Present, promote, and upsell to attain monthly sales targets and the gross margins by a minimum of 10% annually.
- Generate and close new leads from corporate accounts.
- Build, manage, and maintain new and loyal customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Post-secondary diploma in business administration, marketing or in relevant field.
- Bilingual (French and English) will be considered an asset.
- 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of fuel and lubes will be considered an asset.
- Class G license required.
- Proven strong sales negotiation techniques.
- Autonomous, resourceful, collaborative, and professional attitude.
- Has the drive and creativity to find win-win solutions.
- Timely and concise communicator with strong active listening skills.
- Ability to establish authentic rapport with new customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $54,235.00-$65,000.00 per year
