**Proposal/Contract Coordinator**, Fort McMurray, onsite

Our client has a role for a talented Proposal/Contracts Coordinator to join their team. They offer a terrific culture, learning and development, where you’ll drive proposal efforts. **What you’ll do**

  • Assist the Proposals Manager and internal departments to create, develop and present compelling proposals to win large contracts
  • Follows and designs processes to improve stages for all involved in the progression
  • Manages the whole proposal process, makes suggestions to improve and develop strong and convincing reports and contracts for multiple projects simultaneously; including projects in excess of $2MM
  • Communicates and sources answers to questions to assist with the development of a variety of proposals
  • Researches and communicates with internal and external teams to clarify direction of proposals
  • Analytical, mature, thinker, doer and has strong attention to detail, able to work within tight deadlines and is unflappable

**What you’ll bring**

  • 3+ years of writing proposals, contracts and bids; oil sands experience is a definite asset
  • Experience and knowledge of putting together contracts, proposals and collaborating with internal teams to grow business opportunities
  • Strong process driven and streamlining abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Able to collaborate and partner with internal team members including diverse and indigenous populations
  • Excellent writing and communications skills with clear and concise messaging, with outstanding **attention to detail**:
  • Solid computer skills including strong Excel and the ability to pick up new software systems easily
  • Post-secondary education in supply chain, procurement, business or similar
