Our company seeks an Assistant Manager to work alongside our management team, assisting in managing the daily operations of our business. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for opening and closing the store, recording and tracking sales, stocking shelves and completing general maintenance tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing guidance and support to employees
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash handling duties
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll processing and scheduling
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Monitor market trends and competition to make informed business decisions
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and scheduling
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
- Ability to sell products and provide exceptional customer service

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
